Why are we encouraging Malaysians to join International clubs such as Lions Clubs when we can set up our own charitable organisation?

Why are we foolish to pay huge amounts of subscription fees overseas when we can establish our own Charitable organisations?

Millions of dollars are transferred to the United States as subscription fee and what benefit do we get from the International office?
